Landscape Utilities: Landscape utilities are part of the hidden infrastructure that make an outdoor environment functional and sustainable. They include lighting and irrigation, as well as plumbing and electrical systems that support features such as luxury swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, and softscapes. Lighting extends the use of outdoor spaces into the evening, while efficient irrigation preserves water and supports plant health. Drainage systems mitigate stormmwater damage while gas provides fuel for cooking, pool heaters, and fire features. Thoughtful integration of these utilities not only enhances usability and comfort but also protects the long-term integrity of the landscape.

Engineered stormwater management system with Cultec rechargers - the modern equivalent of a dry well. Stormwater is collected in drains and piped into the cultecs where it can slowly leach out and infiltrate into the soils as opposed to overloading municipal sewer systems or exasperating surface runoff, soil erosion, downstream flooding, and property damage.
