Textural Immersion: Danbury, CT
Program: 15' x 35' pool with pebble finish, automatic cover, vanishing edge waterfall, and catch pool. Retaining wall with terraced patio and planting areas, connective walkways, and lighting.
Narrative: A lakeside cottage on sloping terrain is an idyllic setting for a pool with a vanishing edge that blends seamlessly into the landscape. The surrounding hills, and clouds above, are perfectly mirrored on the surface of the pool and the waters of the lake beyond, thereby blurring the line between built and natural interests and providing a textural immersion of the senses.
