When is LDC Open ?

LDC conducts typical business operations from 9am to 5pm on Monday through Friday, and observes all major US holidays. However, we understand that many of our clients work long hours and have demanding schedules with limited availability. As such, and once you become our client, LDC will tailor our availability around your schedule because we understand how important it is to be able to reach someone that you have paid for a service. You will never have to deal with irritating voice trees or mindless chat bots that, in reality, are only designed to mitigate the time a company spends with its clients. At LDC every aspect of your project, from inception to completion, will be handled by the same highly qualified, easy to reach, adult, English - speaking human.
