Where Does LDC Work ?

LDC is not a traditional brick - and - mortar establishment. Although our projects always involve in - person interactions with clients, site visits, and occasional town meetings, the bulk of our services are provided from a home office. This translates into reduced operating costs and lower rates for the same services offered by companies with higher overhead. LDC’s service area includes Litchfield and Fairfield counties in Connecticut, and Westchester County, New York. Having lived and worked in these areas for most of his life LDC’s president, Sean Walters, possesses a unique understanding of the economic, geographic, sociopolitical, and other critical factors that inform our clients' projects.
