Why is LDC in Business ?

Because of our passion for the Earth and the things that live and grow on it! It is our mission to enhance the lives of people with thoughtful designs that have little or no impact on native ecological systems. Irregardless of the cause, our climate is changing and we are experiencing an alarming increase in so called natural disasters like 25 year storms that are now occurring almost every year. Swelling human populations are inversely proportional to a decline in resources and space, whereas projects are becoming increasingly regulated in an effort to mitigate the detrimental impacts of our developments. Now more than ever before, we need thoughtful and intelligent designs reflecting a more sustainable approach for our long term health and successful stewardship of our planet.
